Same stuff as a previous review! She's been on the case for a very long time and has done absolutely nothing! Barely answers the phone text back hours later with the same questions and responses over and over for a year now. Not reliable! Not doing her job! Nothing is getting done on my case and I ha...ve trial right around the corner and I'm still being asked the same questions from a year and a half ago! Don't hire her!

My daughter was on her 1st unsupervised visit with her biological father for the weekend. My daughter returned home and told me that her father hurt her private parts. I called Robert with the intention of asking for help and she hung up on me.
