This lawyer was hired by us, they do wills and trust. Well first off they told us beneficiaries have no right to info when the law says otherwise then they had ten days to file the will which 4 months later still isn't filed and can't get them to quit stalling long enough to do anything. They have tr...ied to get other beneficiaries to sign waivers giving the executor and the attorney more stuff since our family member passed away. Already contacted the florida bar bc they keep lying and doing everything but what they have already been paid to do by the deceased so now they r mine and my families problem all bc they are greedy and lie. Do not trust them bc they lie before ur family dies so they can do the forms but then when the actual time comes and the family pass away they do everything they can to not do what was in the will and trust and will do everything to get u to sign waivers without telling u what the waivers r for so very shifty behaviors. Thankful we found real lawyers and can't wait til the florida bar gets involved bc they keeps saying we can't file to remove them if they r doing what's needed yeah well u have to actually do that then not sit on ur hands after all
