OUTCOME: Court concluded that the ALJ erred in both respects. Therefore, they reversed the decision of the district court and remanded for further proceedings.

On appeal, Henry argues that the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) erred by (1) refusing to give proper weight to the opinion of Dr. Barber, a consultative examining physician, and (2) finding Henry's 201 ... 2 testimony not credible and failing to consider his vision limitations when evaluating his residual functional capacity (RFC).
