I have 9 years of real estate title experience and currently handle residential real estate closings, including refinances and short sales. I also prepare Leases, Quit Claim Deeds, and other related documents needed outside of closing. I handled foreclosure litigation for 1 year as a Plaintiff's attorney and use this experience to aid me in closing short sales accurately and efficiently.

I handle general civil litigation issues, including lien settlement resolution. I would like to expand this portion of my practice and include estate planning.

Assisting clients with probate needs, including clearing up title to real property and obtaining authorization from the court to sell property when an owner dies.
