Biography
I specialize in representing commercial property owners and managers throughout the State of Florida.
In addition, my firm concentrates on assisting our clients with a variety of commercial real estate, leasing, business, and loan transactions, from drafting long-term and short-term commercial leases and sales agreements to refinancing multi-million dollar properties, and facilitating business mergers and acquisitions.
In addition to our vibrant transaction practice, we also represent businesses and individuals in a wide variety of litigation and arbitration matters, including commercial landlord/tenant, real estate, construction, contract, commercial collection, business, shareholder/partnership, banking, and employment. We appear in all Florida state and federal courts, and before mediators, arbitrators and administrative agencies. In every case, our goal is to quickly resolve the dispute in a cost effective manner and to our clients' satisfaction.

Often, this involves drafting documents that provide our clients with maximum legal protection and formulating best practices for our clients to avoid disputes.
