Biography
For the past 40 years, Marjorie Gadarian Graham has represented hundreds of clients in all five Florida District Courts of Appeal, the Florida Supreme Court, and in the Federal Fifth and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeals. She has been Board Certified in Appellate Practice since 1996.
During her career, she has represented both appellants and appellees in more than 1,500 appellate cases, trials, and other matters that have resulted in more than 500 appellate decisions, many of which are landmark decisions.
In addition, to her appellate practice, Ms. Graham serves as co-counsel with trial counsel in complex cases to provide legal support during litigation. Ms. Graham assists trial counsel with trial strategy, helping to refine the theories of the case. She can also assist in drafting the complaint and providing the applicable jury instructions before the case is filed. This approach to litigation provides a strategic roadmap so that discovery focuses on the facts viewed in light of the pertinent legal principles. Ms. Graham assists trial counsel in planning and drafting discovery, defeating motions for summary judgment, and motions for directed verdict. Ms. Graham can also assist with all aspects of the post-trial process through post-trial motions, appeal, and oral argument.

The right choice
There is no question that we were blessed when we found this lawyer.
