Contest the ticket. You may save the points on the license and get a reduced fine. Keep in mind if he is a habitual offender the court may not cut...

The bar is going to find out regardless as your complete candor is required. Personally i would not take the risk of spending time in jail.

Most likely no, however it depends how your policy is written. There should be an "application of the deductible" portion under the PIP coverage...
