John Edward Gavigan

I am a personal injury plaintiff's attorney at James C. Gavigan P.A.  I have experience as both a defense attorney and a plaintiff's attorney.  These experiences have given me the unique opportunity oif having seen both sides of a personal injury case.  

I earned my law degree from the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school I served as an intern at the Fourth District Court of Appeals, the United States Attorney's Office and multiple private practices.  While at the University of Miami, I also recieved my MBA from the University of Miami School of Business Administration.  As an undergraduate, I attended Georgetown University. 

I am admitted to practice in all jurisdictions in the state of Florida and have been admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern Distric of Florida.  I am a member of the Florida Bar and the Palm Beach County Bar Association.  Having grown up in Palm Beach County, I strive to give back to the community that he grew up in. I am an Committee Member of the Young Friends of the YMCA of the Palm Beaches. 

As an attorney with James C. Gavigan, P.A., I represent victims of personal injury involving motor vehicle accidents, premise liability and wrongful death.
