My husband and I contacted multiple immigration attorneys via Upwork to work with us on our K1-visa. Devika was the clear standout from the very first call. We completed both our K1-visa application as well as the I-485-Adjustment of Status with her. Throughout the entire process she was incredibly p...rofessional, helpful, insightful, friendly and empathetic. When we first looked at the application process on our own, it seemed overwhelming, but with Devika we felt like so much weight was lifted off our shoulders. She prepared all the paperwork, checklists, calls very thoroughly and we mainly had to follow her guidance. She made the process so simple for us. She was always available for questions and would take her time with us to really address any concerns. We very much felt comfortable in asking questions, sometimes the same ones, multiple times for clarification, and every time she would stay patient and make sure we felt comfortable and understood the subject matter. We hired Devika as an immigration attorney for our USA immigrant visa. She guided us through out the process and we (myself, my wife and daughter) are now in USA as immigrants.
