I am a CPA in the suburban Philadelphia are, and have known David personally for over 50 years and professionally for more than 30 years. Not only a good friend by his deeds, I once had to explain to my father that the reason we were good friends was that he was and is fearless, no matter the adversary in and out of business. So it was no surprise to me when he took on the fifth largest law firm at the time in Philadelphia and beat them representing a contestant in a will contest over a several million dollar estate even though his adversaries had the advantage financially and with a far more extensive staff at their disposal.
