OUTCOME: Permanent Injunction Granted

I was able to secure a permanent domestic violence injunction for a client. When my client informed his/her spouse that the client wanted a divorce, my client's spouse threatened my client with violenc ... e and damaged personal property, including a motor vehicle. Upon the return hearing for the injunction, after hours of testimony, my client was granted a permanent injunction for protection.
