Biography
Mitchell Kitroser graduated from St. John’s University School of Law in 1982. Early in his career he worked as an associate handling real estate matters and civil litigation, then served as a confidential law clerk to New York State Supreme Court Justice Richard A. Goldberg. In 1995 he relocated to Palm Beach County and accepted a position as an Assistant State Attorney with the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office. Since then, Mr. Kitroser has shaped his practice around the legal needs of modern families, emphasizing elder law, guardianship, estate planning, and trust-related disputes. He is an active member of the Florida Bar and the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and belongs to the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), the Elder Law and Real Property and Trusts sections of the Florida Bar, and the Florida State Guardianship Association. Mr. Kitroser is also admitted to practice in New York and Colorado. He lives in Palm Beach Gardens with his wife and two children, where he remains committed to serving local families with practical, compassionate legal counsel.
