I am a Partner at Cohen Milstein, and Co-Chair the firm’s Complex Tort Practice Group handling Catastrophic Injury & Wrongful Death, Managed Care Abuse, and Unsafe & Defective Products. I specialize in complex, high-profile product liability, wrongful death, and managed care abuse litigation.
I am a highly accomplished civil trial attorney and began my legal career in the courtroom as an Assistant Public Defender and later became an Assistant State Attorney in Miami-Dade County, Florida. I then moved into private practice where I continue to handle a variety of complex civil litigation matters both in the state of Florida and nationwide.
