Great attorney

I am eternally grateful to Katie Shipp, Jennifer Freeman and James Marsh of the Marsh Law Firm. Facing pregnancy discrimination during my school residency was the toughest experience in my life. One thing I learned is that If you are experiencing any type of discrimination and retaliation, things... don’t get better, they only get worse. Katie, Jennifer and James provided me with great legal advice and with their expertise, I was able to fight back and ultimately complete my residency. Today, 2 years later, I still have nightmares and anxiety over my experience, but I have a good job and am able to provide for my family. I think about Katie, Jennifer and James every single day when I look at my beautiful child and I hope that anyone in my situation is lucky enough to have a dream team like Katie, Jennifer and James by their side. They are my heroes and true victim advocates.

Excellent advice

Jenifer Freeman was recommended to me by a past president of the Woman's Sports Foundation in order to help me with a harassment issue that I was experiencing at work as a teacher in a public school. These issues included ADA (American with Disabilities Act), Title IX (retaliation issues) and hostil...e workplace issues. Ms. Freeman gave me her utmost attention as I described my situation. She then summarized the situation offering numerous steps for me to take to try to rectify the situation on my own before it would become necessary to start a law suit. These negotiation tactics helped me navigate a very stressful and hostile work place situation. Jennifer Freeman's knowledge of the law and experience in dealing with negotiations helped her guide me to a plan of action that has, in fact, resolved the situation. If I need a lawyer in the future I will, without hesitation, hire Jennifer Freeman.

Highest Recommendation for Jennifer Freeman

Jennifer is a highly intelligent, experienced and knowledgeable lawyer who gets results. She handles her cases, especially negotiations, skillfully and efficiently. I have referred her to numerous business contacts, all of whom have raved about their experience working with her. Jennifer is also ve...ry caring and sensitive to her client's needs, especially given the personal issues involved in employment and labor matters. She has handled high-profile matters that have received press attention. I recommend Jennifer highly to anyone seeking sophisticated legal representation but who also wants a responsive and considerate adviser by his or her side and "in their corner."
