After winning a favorable verdict at Trial, my post-Trial Motion was denied by the Judge at a post-Trial evidentiary hearing. I subsequently filed an Appeal on behalf of the Appellant and victorious Pa ... rty at Trial, and waited almost 1-year for the 3 Judges to review the competing Appellate Briefs, arguments, standards of review, and competing case law. The 3 Judges ruled, per curiam, to reverse the lower court's Order and remanded the matter back to the lower court for a proper determination.
