A partner at Clark, Fountain, La Vista, Prather & Littky-Rubin, Julie Littky-Rubin is in charge of the firm’s appellate practice. Being Board Certified in Appellate Practice, she has extensive knowledge and experience handling appeals that emerge from civil trial law. Julie handles appeals both in-house, as well as assisting other firms and attorneys. To help keep clients and the public informed about personal injury, Julie researches and produces “The Week in Torts,” which summarizes Florida Case Law. She is a member of the Florida Bar Association, Florida Justice Association, and other legal organizations. Her achievements have earned her a Martindale-Hubbell® rating of AV Preeminent® and inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America.
