The worse attorney I have ever dealt with hands down. If I could put a negative star I would… I was in an immigration detainment situation end of 2019 and he was referred to me by someone I knew so I trusted he was good. We blindly hired him in a desperate attempt to correct my situation. My husband ...paid him in full upfront (also a bad decision) because he decides to tell us AFTER we pay him that he is going to ask for a new court date because he is going out of the country !! So he wanted me to sit in there & wait for him to come back from his leisure vacation. My husband told him that’s unacceptable so he then sends his “colleague “ which was poorly trained and informed on my case. She stood in front of the judge and lied to him which the judge yelled at her and told her “how dare you lie in a federal courtroom to a federal judge” the judge furious than pretty much denied my case. Mr. Levers contacted me after I had to go back to my country I told him what happened and he couldn’t care less and told me “goodluck” trying to get the transcripts and offered no money back even though several attorneys told me to sue him.
