I had a very 'famous" expensive local immigration lawyer handle my L Visa, which was approved for one year. The same lawyer filed an extension of my L Visa, but the case was denied, which left me, my wife, and 3 children ilegale in the USA. Not only was my case denied but after I paid the lawyer I wa...s never able to speak with him again - only his "paralegal". Going back to my country was not an option and he knew that. My friend recomend Michael Morano so I went to see him for a second opinion. He reviewed a copy of my case and could not believe how unprofessionale my old lawyer presented my extension, and how he did not advise me to do certain important things in my company before filing.
