Spoke with Fatima in the middle of January. She told me that my medical records were just received and that a letter of demand would be sent out by the end of the week. Spoke with Fatima 5 weeks later in February, except for the medical records part told me the same thing. Spoke with Fatima in APRIL.... Told me that my medical records were just in and that a letter of demand would be sent out! Wrote a letter to Mr. Guralnick expressing my concern. I guess Mr. Guralnick thinks it is beneath him to speak with a customer, never heard from him. Should change their slogan to "Demand More Than This Law Firm Offers".
