William Paul Sepulveda

William P. Sepulveda is a partner and trial attorney at Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath. He represents people and families throughout Florida in personal injury and wrongful death cases, bringing experience from more than 80 trials taken to verdict.

William has represented clients on both sides of personal injury cases. Before joining the firm in 2022, he served as an Assistant State Attorney in West Palm Beach and later worked at a major insurance defense firm, handling auto accident, bad faith, and premises liability cases. Today, he uses that courtroom experience and his understanding of how insurers defend claims to advocate for injured people and their families.

William has recovered millions of dollars for his clients, including settlements of $3,000,000, $1,300,000, and $1,250,000. His practice includes serious car accidents, truck accidents, catastrophic injuries, premises liability, slip and fall accidents, and wrongful death claims. He has been recognized as a 2026 Florida Super Lawyer and a Top 40 Under 40 attorney.

William earned his law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2017. As a member of the University of Florida Trial Team’s executive board, he competed in seven state and national tournaments and won two national championships and one state championship in trial advocacy. He also earned a B.A. from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2013.
