I found an error with my probation order that makes it deficient in consideration of statute. The Judge, State Atty. and my Public Defender all failed in noticing this deficiency at time of order. I have become homeless as a result of this and in violation of my legal requirements. I drafted up my ow...n emergency motion for clarification/amendment of orders and filed it with the courts and sent a electronic copy along with signed copy to this atty. on this past Monday 8/14/17. I contacted the Public Defender's office for their assistance since they originally represented me on 8/11/17. I was told that this atty would be assigned to me. I was told he would be contacting me to discuss my motion. He has not once contacted me as of 8/16/17. His secretary states, "He is too busy preparing for a trial", and thus I stand in jeopardy of arrest for violation out of my control. The motion is complete and needs only to be reviewed by a judge and the order granted. The motion and order are copies of an identical case for the exact same reason. No work is required other than to present before a judge for review and signing of the order.
