Talina Bidwell

Talina Bidwell is a partner at Pike & Lustig, LLP specializing in business litigation and complex commercial litigation. With more than twenty-four years of legal experience, Talina represents individuals, corporations, financial institutions, and other entities in both Florida State and Federal Courts. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, real estate litigation, banking litigation, and consumer financial litigation, including complex matters involving Truth in Lending Act violations, RICO, False Claims Act, and shareholder disputes.

Before joining Pike & Lustig, LLP, Talina served as Senior Counsel at Broad and Cassel/Nelson Mullins, one of Florida's largest law firms. During her time there, she practiced at both the trial and appellate levels, gaining extensive experience handling complex litigation and representing clients across a variety of industries. She has tried numerous cases to verdict and advises clients in industries including healthcare and finance.

Talina represents clients in sophisticated business and commercial disputes where legal, financial, and business interests intersect. Her experience includes matters involving commercial transactions, real estate, banking, financial services, consumer financial issues, and shareholder disputes. She brings her litigation experience to cases in both state and federal court and counsels clients throughout the litigation process.

Talina is admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Her prior legal experience includes serving as a judicial intern to the Honorable Harry Lee Anstead, Justice of the Supreme Court of Florida, and as a law clerk to Judge Eleanor Schocket of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit.

Talina graduated cum laude with her Juris Doctor in 2001 from Florida State University College of Law and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in 1997 from Florida International University.
