Joseph Patrick Chase

Joe Chase is a business, corporate and technology attorney who concentrates his practice on complex business transactions.  Mr. Chase joined Gunster in 2010.  He has represented private companies, private equity firms and venture capital firms in connection with mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, debt and equity restructurings, executive compensation and incentive equity matters, and general corporate matters.
