Doesn't Nobleman and Dewsnup state no bifurcation of jr lien on pers. residence? If so, entire lien still in tact in new Ch. 13.

In my jurisdiction, the order would be correct. A lien survives a Chapter 7 discharge and can not be stripped in a subsequent Chapter 13.
