When I had my auto accident there was no doubt who I wanted to represent me. My injuries sustained required surgery and on going care. I really liked working with Jason and his staff. First off, they are not this huge law firm in which you will get lost like a sheet of paper in goverment mail room. The staff was very friendly and accomadating. In my case I had several conversations not only in office, but also on his own cell phone,... I never felt like it bothered Jason or that he was pushing me off on someone else. I felt that he studied the material well, and he was very straight forward about our options. When we started there wasnt any "B.S. or sugar coating" when we talked, so that made me feel confident in handing my case to him and saying go do what you do well. The insurance company of the person who hit me played hard ball and they tried to grind it out, with low ball offers. This worried me, but in the end Jason and his team came through and did an admiral job in negotiating a settlement that made me happy.
