Jacqueline Danielle Crowley

Jacqueline Danielle Crowley, Esq. has dedicated her career to the area of litigation and trial practice, predominantly in the field of criminal defense. Ms. Crowley first served as a prosecutor in South Florida for approximately four years; having worked as an Assistant State Attorney in both Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Throughout her tenure as an Assistant State Attorney, Ms. Crowley became experienced in all aspects of criminal litigation and has tried well over 100 jury trials ranging from misdemeanors to capital felonies. Her tenure as an Assistant State Attorney for the 17th Judicial Circuit, Broward County provided Ms. Crowley with comprehensive training in the specialized field of DUI law. Prior to practicing law, Ms. Crowley worked as a judicial law clerk for two prominent judges, Hon. John M. Czygier and Hon. J. Hudson. This experience provided Ms. Crowley with an insight into the inner workings of the judicial system. To develop a strong foundation in trial advocacy, Ms. Crowley attended Stetson University College of Law and throughout law school, focused her education on litigation and trial work by participating in trial workshops and serving as a certified legal intern for the Pinellas County Public Defender’s Office. Ms. Crowley, together with her partner Adam Farkas Esq., founded Farkas and Crowley, P.A. in 2011 to shift the focus of her legal career to helping protect the rights of those faced with criminal charges and to put her strong litigation skills to work to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients.
