Unfortunately not. It's a once in a lifetime thing here in Florida.

Even if the State cannot prove that the alleged theft was greater than $300, you could still be charged with and/or convicted of a lesser...

You also need to seek the advice of an immigration attorney. Even pretrial diversion programs can have negative immigration consequences.
