Douglas Paul Lambert

Douglas Lambert has 30 years of experience litigating complex commercial cases, corporate/partnership disputes, fraud cases, bank litigation as well as business cases. As Of Counsel, Douglas concentrates his practice on Complex Commercial and Business Matters including Accounting and Financial and Credit-Intensive Disputes, as well as High-Net-Worth Divorce Actions and Securities Disputes. His divorce actions include litigating these matters, as well as drafting, structuring, and negotiating prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements. Doug started his accounting-dispute career at Coopers & Lybrand, a Big 8 accounting firm.

Doug received his bachelor’s degree as a magna cum laude graduate of Duke University and received his J.D. from Duke Law School. Douglas also served as Captain of Duke’s soccer team.

Doug is a member of The Florida Bar Association and Illinois Bar Association and also belongs to the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
