David Spyros Tadros

Mr. Tadros is one of the founding Partners of Wyland & Tadros LLP. He is the Partner in charge of the Firm’s Commercial Litigation Group, Liability Litigation Group and Insurance Coverage Defense Litigation Group. For 20 years, Mr. Tadros’ practice has focused on all areas of civil litigation, including commercial litigation, auto liability, trucking liability, products liability, premises liability, construction defects, professional malpractice, bad faith, and insurance coverage litigation. Mr. Tadros, upon a review by his peers, and according to Martindale-Hubbell, the most respected authority with respect to an attorney’s ratings, has been rated as  ”Top Rated – AV® Preeminent” by Martindale-Hubbell. This is highest rating established by Martindale-Hubbell.  He is a prior Chair and member of the Grievance Committee for the 15th Judicial Circuit, and a member of The American Board for Trial Advocates.

Mr. Tadros is certified by the state of Florida Department of Financial Services to present seminars to adjusters for Continuing Education credits. Mr. Tadros is a member of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm to founding the Firm, Mr. Tadros was the Senior Partner in charge of the Commercial Litigation and Liability Litigation Groups in the West Palm Beach office of a large South Florida firm. Mr. Tadros was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1992, and is also admitted to practice in all United States District Courts in Florida, the United States 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Court of International Trade. He has practiced before many of the Circuit Courts and Appellate Courts in the state of Florida. Mr. Tadros is a 1989 graduate of the University of Florida, and a 1992 graduate of the Stetson University College of longtime resident of Athens, Greece, Mr. Tadros is fluent in modern Greek.
