David Joseph Majcak

David J. Majcak is an experienced civil litigator who focuses on defending clients against a wide range of liability claims, including those relating to personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, employer liability, construction disputes, motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability. He has represented state governments, manufacturers, property owners, and subcontractors in state and federal courts.

David handles his cases from inception through resolution and has extensive experience performing legal research and drafting memoranda. His background also includes appellate litigation, and he has a published opinion in Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeals. While earning his J.D. from the Florida Coastal School of Law, David was a law intern at the City of Jacksonville Office of General Counsel, where he assisted staff attorneys in defending personal injury claims against the city.
