HORRIBLE

I am sorry to hear that you feel this way about your experience. Because of my professional obligations and attorney-client confidentiality, I cannot discuss the details of any specific matter in a public forum. However, I can clarify that your engagement was made through a third-party legal services platform that structured communication, billing, and case management differently from a traditional direct attorney-client relationship. During the time I worked with that organization, I consistently advocated for clients to receive appropriate communication and support. I ultimately chose to discontinue my affiliation with that platform for those very reasons. My practice is built on providing attentive, strategic representation and clear communication. I encourage you to contact my office directly so we can review your concerns and determine whether there is anything further I can do to assist.
