Alyse Mari Reiser

I focus my practice on all aspects of estate planning, including drafting wills and revocable trusts, advising on fiduciary matters, assisting with probate and estate administration, and preparing and filing federal estate and gift tax returns.

I assist high net worth individuals with sophisticated tax and wealth transfer and asset protection planning, implementing vehicles such as irrevocable life insurance trusts, family limited partnerships and limited liability companies, homestead trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, sales to defective grantor trusts and grantor retained annuity trusts.

In addition, I advise clients on charitable giving and planning, including the establishment and administration of private foundations and other tax exempt organizations and related compliance issues arising with respect to federal tax exempt status. I also assist closely held business owners with respect to organization, structure and operation of business entities, as well as important planning matters such as business succession and income, corporate and partnership tax matters.

I joined Gunster in 2011 after receiving my LL.M in Taxation from New York University. In addition to being a member of the Florida and New York state bars, I am also a certified public accountant, with a background in all aspects of income, gift and estate taxation.
