Jay Kim

Jay Kim, the managing partner of Kim Vaughan Lerner LLP, regularly represents businesses and individuals in a wide range of commercial litigation matters and has successfully litigated complex disputes to trial. Jay’s reputation in the commercial litigation area has garnered him accolades from the community such as a “Florida Legal Elite” and “Top Lawyer.”  He is also involved in the community and was one of the founding members of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of South Florida and its first president. He is currently a director of that organization.  He is significantly involved in The Florida Bar, including the Vision 2016 Commission, the Federal Court Practice Committee, the Annual Convention Committee, and the Executive Council of the General Practice, Solo and Small Firm Section.  Jay is also a director of the Broward County Bar Association.
