Serving as President for six years of a luxury million dollar plus condominium, my experience working with Mr. Mansfield is unconditionally outstanding Mr. Mansfield is familiar with the entire condo eco-system, views complex issues from both a legal and business perspective, and operates with chara...cter and integrity. Our condominium obtained possession and ownership of a condominium because the statue of limitations had expired after five years with US Bank. Mr. Mansfield, astutely, advised us of the opportunity. It has a profoundly positive impact on the association, and was a significant loss for the bank. Without Mr. Mansfield it never would have occurred. In addition, during the great economic recession of 2007-2013 Mr. Mansfield guided our condo to rent units that were in foreclosure, dramatically improving our cash flow and working capital. The foreclosed unit fetched in excess of 5,000 a month in rent. Annually, that represented in excess of $60,000. Other units significantly enhanced our bottom line, that assisted us in navigating through the economic malaise Florida condo's experienced during this period. Banks usually have the upper hand over condo associations in foreclosure cases. Florida law protects banks by limiting their responsibility for back condo fees to the less of one year fees or 1 percent of the mortgage principal. Despite this, and with Mr. Mansfield's guidance, we receive a large windfall (ownership of a condo unit). It represented a seismic shift, and each and every unit owner (over 200) were elated. As a long-term condo Board President, I know that I speak on behalf of all unit owners. We are extraordinarily grateful for Mr. Mansfield's tenacity, professionalism and integrity during this process, and in other legal transactions. I highly recommend Mr. Gary Mansfield. Moreover, more he would receive the unconditional support of more than 200 unit owners in our high end condominium.
