My client was pulled over because one of the two tag light bulbs was burnt out. He completed field sobriety tests with ease, and showed almost no signs of impairment. He was arrested for DUI and his li ... cense was suspended. After I got a hold of the case, I negotiated with the prosecutor very hard and showed her the holes in the case, and why the case should be reduced to a tag light violation. Within a few days, the prosecutor emailed me and agreed, and my client walked away with a Tag-Light violation and a $70 fine! It was a huge victory for justice.
