FTB Tax Negotiation
Feb 07, 2014OUTCOME: After several months of negotiation and the presentation of evidence, the FTB revised the assessment against my client to $0 and sent him a check for the amount they removed from his account.
California Franchise Tax Board claimed client owed approximately $28,000 in back taxes. FTB levied his bank accounts and withdrew everything from the accounts.
