High profile case featured in national news. I represented a 90-year-old widow who was abused by a live-in caretaker (and admitted hoarder) who took over her home and rented out the rooms for profit. A ... fter eight months of intense litigation, the case was settled on the first day of trial, and my client has her house back. The defendant is now being prosecuted criminally, as well.
