In November 2012 a horrible accident occurred between a pickup truck and a Harley motorcycle. Mr. Fitzgerald, riding the motorcycle, ultimately lost his right lower leg. Mr. Fitzgerald sued the drive ... r of the pickup truck for an amount in excess of $8.0 million dollars. Mr. Shelby (through his insurer) retained Glenn. Ultimately a verdict was rendered in a significant, but considerably lesser amount of $1.6 million dollars. Glenn is one of only a few attorneys in the Pacific Northwest to try a traumatic amputation case to verdict. He has litigated several similar cases to settlements but has gained valuable experience in actually presenting evidence to a jury on the nature of the unique damages of an amputee - regardless of who he was representing.
