Mom and Stepfather wanted to teminate biological father's rights due to no contact or communciation for 2.5 years. Bio Father opposed the termination and social worker did not recommend based on lies ... told by Bio Dad. We were able to show the Bio Dad was lying and that he had not seen the child in 2.5 years. Court ultimately terminated his rights as a parent and the adoption can go forth.

Represented a Father who opposed Mother taking child to Utah. We successfully opposed the move away despite FCS mediation not in our favor. Father was granted full physical custody of the child.
