Long term marriage wherein my client received a disproportionate share of his separate property (in his favor) but Wife received a disproportionate share of the community property. The Appellate Court ... upheld the Trial Court opinion (in our favor). This case further clarifies IRMO Rockwell by chipping away at the idea that everything is just divided equally in a long term marriage (it isn't-consideration of all factors still relevant).
