Clearly and timely explained procedures , sent documentation and processed responses , all within the anticipated time frames. In fact , process and end results were delivered well ahead of established time frames. Very responsive staff, always available on the phone or by e-mail.Had hired them befor...e , would hire them again.

I had called this firm last week and a lovely lady with a very peaceful southing voice answered the phone and I was looking to consult with an immigration attorney and thank go it was this firm that I found. The receptionist made an appointment for me to have a phone consultation with Mr. Gerstein fo...r yestetday, Tueaday, July 17th at 11am. She called me at around 1030 prior to the time if the consultation to let me know Mr. Gerstein was running a little behind and would call around 1110-1120. Sure enough he did and was more than helpful during that initial phone call we had. We kept in touch the past few days and he was giving me the pointers I was in desperate need of as well as advice I needed to. Him and I continued emailing up until today, Wednesday at around 415pm. He even took the time to proof read a lettet I had to write and took much of his time in the 2 days to answer all my needs and put me in the direction I had to go for what I first inquired about. Oh and talk about being an honest good person he must be, he didn’t and wouldn’t even accept any money for all the consulting he did for me the past 2 days. I don’t know about you, but I have never ever heard of that from a lawyer before. Usually the first thing put of a lawyers mouth is the amount it cost for a consultation and there retainer fee, which neither one was ever once mentioned by him and for all that he did and if you need an amazing immigration attoeney, you would be a fool not to use this firm and eapecially William Getstein in particular. If I could give them 1000 stars for a rating, I would and will always keep them in mind for future potential needs if any.
