Philip Magri

We are primarily focused on assisting entrepreneurs and their companies with all stages of development, from formation and organization, raising capital through angel, bridge and venture capital financings, private equity and debt offerings and eventually, going public either through a self-directed or underwritten initial public offering or a reverse merger into a public shell.  Philip Magri, the founder of Magri Law, LLC, has over 20 years’ experience in assisting entrepreneurs and private and public companies in achieving growth and positive results. Before founding Magri Law in 2013, Mr. Magri worked for over ten years in several law firms in New York City and over six years as the Assistant General Counsel to Donald J. Trump’s Trump Entertainment Resorts, Inc. Mr. Magri earned his BA from NYU in 1991 (magna cum laude) with a double major in Economics and English, and his JD from UVA in 1995. A New York native, Mr. Magri currently resides in South Florida and is an active member of his community. He is member of both the New York and Florida Bars.
