Pamela Schatten has practiced wills, trusts and estates for 20 years, learning the work beside her father, A. Jeffrey Barash, a Super Lawyer with roughly forty years in the field. She prepares estate planning documents, represents guardians appointed by the court in guardianship proceedings, and administers trusts and estates. Her father has recently retired, and she now practices as a sole practitioner, handling every matter the firm accepts from the first call through the last signature.
Guardianship is at the center of her work. Families come to her when a parent with dementia or Alzheimer's disease can no longer manage alone, or when a child with a developmental disability is approaching adulthood. She also continues to handle family law matters for South Florida families.

Find another attorney
Distracted and incompetent. Her office was a mess . Seemed like her mind was not on her business. Would not recommend this attorney.
