Tiffany Law, PLLC is a Florida law firm specializing in the creation of comprehensive estate plans for individuals & families. We like to emphasize that estate planning is not only for the wealthy, but to preserve and control what you do have. In our estate planning practice, our main purpose is to create a specific a plan that places each client in the best position to preserve and control their assets and facilitate your loved one's receipt of your financial accounts, real estate, and investments. If you worked hard your entire life, it's only fair that you determine exactly where your hard-earned capital and/or property go, and not the courts.

Our firm also specializes in providing legal representation of Personal Representatives in Florida probate court. In probate practice, our job is to facilitate the handling of a loved one's estate that is under supervision of a Florida probate court. Since a Personal Representative has a legal duty to a deceased individual's estate being administered in accordance with Florida law, it is our role to counsel you in adhering to that standard.

Tiffany Oliver, Esq. has a passion for sharing her knowledge and experience as a Florida attorney to improve her clients' lives. Tiffany attained her Florida license to practice law in 2017, after passing the Florida Bar Examination on her first try. Prior, that same year, she obtained her Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law. Tiffany earned her Bachelors Degree from Florida State University where she was a 4-year student athlete, and currently holds two individual records for the University's swim team.

Prior to working for Tiffany Law, PLLC, Tiffany worked for a boutique firm in Davie, Florida, handling a high-volume of litigation cases, appearing in the Florida civil courts on a daily basis to represent her clients. Tiffany exclusively represented plaintiff small businesses in their breach of contract claims against insurance companies, in addition to counseling clients regarding navigating the ever-changing legal laws in the Florida property insurance industry.

Prior to advocating on behalf of plaintiffs, Tiffany represented defendants insurance companies against workers compensation claims while practicing under a large, well-known insurance law firm in Hollywood, Florida. Prior to that, Tiffany started off her legal career working for the State of Florida providing legal counsel on behalf of, and to, the Florida state agency that regulates various professional licenses, and concealed weapons licenses.
