Robert Jay Nemrow

I lost a lot of money hiring him and going through the closing company he recommended/works with. They took my money just fine but then didn't feel like actually representing me, I guess. I think they have more clients that they can handle, and if you are not one of the big clients with the big bucks..., they'll give you minimal attention. Several of my emails were left unanswered. Nudges are always necessary, and it can be well over a week before you hear back. When I got an answer, it was so rich in legal jargon that I, my friends, or my realtor couldn't understand it, and I was never met with a positive response if I asked for clarification. I was also given bad advice, literally, and I didn't feel like they had my back. Mr. Nemrow didn't even show up at my closing even though I asked him to. That was pretty clear then that me and my little case and my little money didn't matter. They even had some suggestions for me but later went back on those, which was confusing and unprofessional. Also the poor lady at signing was lost and didn't seem to know what to do. A friend recommended Mr. Nemrow. It worked out for him, so I guess a successful outcome is possible for some. Not for me; I've lost thousands of dollars in the end between the amount of money lost and the fees I paid for services I didn't get, and the process itself was not an enjoyable experience.
