Joshua Kelly Moran

Mr. Moran is a seasoned trial lawyer and is the managing partner of the MORAN LAW FIRM, P.A. He specializes in complex litigation involving will and trust disputes, business litigation, family law, and real estate. His practice also includes estate planning and business planning/structuring. He has earned a reputation for being a hard-nosed litigator who will take the case wherever it needs to go. He regularly litigates in both State and Federal Court, and has litigated cases throughout the United States. Mr. Moran has several published legal opinions, has been quoted by a variety of Judges and legal scholars, and is very active in the local community.

Mr. Moran prides himself on providing the utmost service to his clients. He personally oversees all of the Firm’s cases, and always makes the time to address his clients' concerns. Importantly, each of the Firm’s clients have Mr. Moran’s personal phone number. Prior to opening MORAN LAW FIRM, P.A, Mr. Moran worked at prestigious firms in Miami and Fort Lauderdale. While at these firms, Mr. Moran gained a wide range of experience handling cases on behalf of both Plaintiffs, Defendants, individuals, and businesses. As part of his work, Mr. Moran would regularly travel throughout the State of Florida and throughout the United States to fight for his clients. It was during these years that Mr. Moran honed his skills as a trial lawyer, and ultimately decided to open MORAN LAW FIRM, P.A. Through a philosophy of unrivaled customer service and a relentless work ethic, MORAN LAW FIRM, P.A. has enjoyed continued success.

Mr. Moran was born and raised in South Florida. He received his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law and graduated with Honors. During his time in law school, he was awarded the Dean’s Merit Scholarship. Mr. Moran also received the highest grade in his Advanced Litigation Skills course, and he was part of the School’s Health and Elder Law Clinic. Mr. Moran received his undergraduate degree from Florida State University, also with Honors. While at Florida State University, he was awarded a Bright Futures Scholarship, in his senior year was selected to teach a college course to freshmen, and he also studied in China.
