If the application is not yet submitted get an immigration attorney to help you with it. I wouldn't recommend submitting that application on your own.

If your mother is not a citizen, unfortunately you cannot apply or citizenship. You have to get a green card first.

Unless there is something you are not saying, that is not true. Once you marry your fiancé, she can apply for her green card and stay in the US.
