Biography
Practicing personal injury law since 1983 (including 2 years as a law clerk during law school 1980-1883) I have seen vast changes in the law, as well as how it is practiced. From changes in the law itself, to the progression of technologies, not only have these changes required successful lawyers to stay on the cutting edge when it comes to utilization of technology, but also necessary in having a full in-depth knowledge of the ever-changing law on an immediate basis to present to insurance companies and juries. Our firm has a distinct advantage when it comes to the history and progression of the law, to use these technologies to combat insurance companies and to stay ahead in an effort to present claims in a light most favorable to the client. Suffering an illness which has sidelined me from practicing personal injury trial law and limits me to managing the practice, it has given me a fresh appreciation for the effect injuries/illnesses can impact someone's life and their loved ones. I believe these experiences gives our firm an edge when it comes to compassion, leading to successful results for our clients.
