Biography
Marc Schiller, managing and founding partner of The Schiller Kessler Group, has dedicated his career to representing people injured by others’ negligence. A Merrick, New York native who relocated to Florida in 1984, he earned his bachelor’s in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Florida State University in 1992 and his law degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in 1995. After practicing as an associate at a prestigious personal injury firm, he established his own firm to focus solely on personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability and nursing home abuse matters. Active in professional organizations—including The Florida Bar, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Broward County Bar Association—Mr. Schiller has led seminars on current personal injury and insurance topics and provides pro bono services in his community. Known for vigorous advocacy, he and his team have handled over 10,000 injury cases to secure maximum compensation for clients.

Waste of Time
I consulted with Mr. Schiller and did not care for his gaslighting or downplaying of our concerns. His assistant is friendly but forgetful. We found another attorney that is better suited for our needs.
