It was a long drawn out post divorce child custody battle. My ex dragged it out and Linda stood by me and was caring and understanding. You got to let her do her job. I think the people who complained here are just going through a stressful situation and are taking out their frustration on her. I'm ...in the medical field and I can tell you that please everyone and some people have the wrong expection about things. People want to tell you how to do your job but if the tables were turned would they let you take over and let them run their job? Linda is extremely knowledgeable, caring considerate. Remember you are not a snowflake nor are you the only client that she represents. Be patient and trust that you are in good hands.

She takes weeks to get back to any questions you ask her. Didn't even meet prior to court other than 20 minutes beforehand. Sends emails to opposing counsel that aren't even correct. DOES NOT care about your case at all. She probably has 100 going on at once and does the minimal work required just to... receive payment. I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy. That's how bad she is.

RUN, in any other direction! Linda averaged returning calls every 10-15 days, was annoyed when I demanded a return call in 48 hrs, contradicted her own advice repeatedly, showed up an hour late to mediation. Forgot key facts about my case. Did not fight for the only 2 requests I asked...AT ALL. ... Opposing counsel did far better at fighting for my child's best interests!!
